Meet the Staff
Brenda Thurman
Brenda Thurman is the Executive Director and founder of ORPP. She is responsible for fiscal management, Internal controls and staff oversite. With her guidance ORPP has grown from a dozen customers to well over 600. Prior to working at ORPP Brenda worked as the bookkeeper at The Arc of Washington County. Brenda also spent five years as a residential program manager where she was responsible for 18 clients and 24 staff members. Brenda founded ORPP in 2003 because she loves working with people and enjoys helping individuals.
Brenda was born in California but moved to Oregon with her parents when she was 13 years old. Brenda has one sister, eight years older, 1 nephew, 1 niece, 2 great nephews, and 2 great nieces all of which live in California. Brenda enjoys spending time with her many animals. Currently she has 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 pigs, and 1 bird. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Judy Goffin
Judy has worked at ORPP since February of 2009; starting out as a part-time employer and then moved to full time. She truly enjoys working with the clients and admits that there is "never a dull day in the office". Her current position within the company is Social Security Liaison.
Judy was born and raised in Oregon; currently lives on the beautiful Santiam River, and loves spending time with her husband and son as well as her 7 cats (soon to be 8) and 3 dogs. Favorite pastimes include camping, snowmobiling, arts and crafts and loves to relax by a campfire any chance she gets.
Brittany Rickard
Brittany has been with ORPP since the summer of 2006. In her years with ORPP Brittany has done many tasks and duties but has found that accounts payable suits her best. Brittany enjoys the challenges of managing client accounts, ensuring that their financial means are met. Her attention to detail gives her the ability to complete those tasks.
Brittany is a lifelong Oregonian and enjoys all the beauty that Oregon has to offer. She is married and has 2 children: 1 daughter and 1 son. Along with her children to keep her on her toes, she has 2 dogs and 4 cats. In her down time Brittany enjoys camping, hiking, riding in her UTV, spending time on the water.
Angela Brandt
Angela started working for ORPP in Feb of 2020. Angela has lived in Oregon her entire life. She recently bought her first house with her soon to be husband. Angela owns 3 dogs, 1 cat and 1 horse. Hobbies include rodeo, training and showing horses. She also enjoys target shooting, camping and most things outdoors.
